Expedition Cruising
Cruising has boomed in recent years with some of the largest ever ships now cruising the world’s oceans. In many ways, mainstream cruising itineraries now play second fiddle to the vessels themselves as these mega-ships become destinations in their own right. Large cruise ships may traditionally attract big crowds but smaller expedition cruises are currently flourishing as nomad travellers dream of sea adventures to destinations that can still only be accessed by water.
Small ships enable the navigation of some of the most fascinating destinations on earth, like remote islands, rivers and fjords inaccessible by larger ships. Small group sizes allow you to maximise time ashore whilst ensuring low impact on some of the world's most pristine areas.
My Adventure Store's small ship expedition partners take travellers on adventure cruises to scenic destinations like Antarctica, the Arctic, the Scottish Coast, the Russian Far East, Papua New Guinea and Australia's Kimberley Coast.
To book an expedition cruise or find out more details, talk to your My Adventure Store adventure specialist on 1300 018 390 and don’t forget to ask about our latest specials.
